A story behind this expansion
About a year ago, I purchased a Hydrasynth Desktop, but unfortunately, I soon discovered that it was faulty. Sometimes when I turned it on, it would either not produce any sound when playing the pads or emit loud noise during the start-up process. I also noticed that when I tried randomizing the sound, it created all sorts of weird noises that sounded like broken circuits. However, before sending it back, I took the opportunity to sample all of these nasty sounds and put together an expansion called “Broken Hydra.” This expansion includes a selection of noises that I found interesting and potentially useful, along with some wavetableized versions.
