In a Nutshell

Purchases and Payment Processors

• All purchases made on spektralisk.com are processed through Gumroad.
• Purchases can also be made externally via the Lemon Squeezy store.

Newsletter Consent

• By making a purchase, you consent to receive service-related emails for purposes such as:
  • Sending your receipt or invoice.
  • Providing product-related updates, support notifications, and occasional invitations to a newsletter.
• Marketing communications, such as newsletters or promotional offers, require separate consent. You can subscribe via online forms or give implied consent through the Gumroad followers list.
• When you make a purchase through Gumroad, you will be automatically added to the email list managed via Kit.com. After your purchase, you will be asked to provide explicit consent to receive marketing communications. Emails will only be sent if you opt in; otherwise, your email address is used solely for service-related purposes.

Acceptance of License Agreement

• You accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) with each purchase:
• You may use the product in your music projects.
• You cannot copy or resell the product in full or in part.
• You cannot sublicense the product.
