- All purchases made on spektralisk.com website are processed through Gumroad
- Purchases can also be made externally via Lemon Squeezy store
- Newsletter Consent
- By making a purchase, you consent to receive service-related emails for purposes such as:
- Sending your receipt or invoice.
- Providing product-related updates, support notifications and occasional inviitations for a newsletter
- Marketing communications, such as newsletters or promotional offers, require separate consent. You can subscribe via online forms or implied consent through the Gumroad followers list.
- When you make a purchase through Gumroad, you will be automatically added to email list managed via Kit.com. After your purchase, you will be asked to provide explicit consent to receive the newsletter. Marketing emails will only be sent if you give your explicit consent; otherwise, your email address will be used solely to communicate information related to your purchase.
